Account details are used to manage access and saved information. Order details are used to administer orders. Contact messages are stored so the Supplify team can review and respond to enquiries.

To request access, correction or removal of information associated with your account, use the contact form. We may need to verify that the request is from the account owner. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.

Do not send your password, complete payment-card details or sensitive medical information through the contact form.
Supplify Journal reading list
If you choose to join the Journal reading list, we store your email address and a record of your consent, including when and where you joined and which consent wording applied. We use your email for occasional Journal and product-information updates after email delivery is configured. Automated Journal emails are not being sent at present.
You may request that your email be removed through the contact form. Future email updates will include an unsubscribe link. We do not sell Journal signup addresses to advertisers.
