Inside Supplify FROM THE NOTEBOOK

Why some products say “Contact for availability”

Why an item may appear in Supplify's collection before its price, stock and product documentation are final.

Sunlit green leaves
Editorial photography. Not product packaging.

You may find a product in the Supplify collection without a price or a working Add to Cart button. Instead, its page says Contact for availability. That is intentional.

It is possible for a product page to be useful before a product is available to order. You can see which categories we are exploring, read the information available so far and ask us a more specific question.

A listing is not an order promise

Before an item is ready to sell, details such as its approved price, stock, packaging, label information, relevant documentation and fulfilment arrangements need to be clear. A product card should not suggest that these steps have been completed if they have not.

Rather than publish an estimated price or imply an unconfirmed delivery date, we leave the purchase action unavailable.

Why leave it visible at all?

People often arrive with a product or ingredient name in mind. They may simply want to know what it is, which category it belongs to, or whether a particular pack will be offered. Removing every unfinished listing would make those questions harder to ask.

That is why Supplify's collection is also a place to explore. Open a product page, check what has been added, and use the enquiry link if you need a detail that is not shown.

What to ask us

A useful enquiry might request the current price, pack size, ingredients, serving details, product photograph or expected availability. The product name is carried into the contact form, and you can write your own question.

Until availability and checkout information are confirmed, no product should be treated as reserved or promised for delivery.

A clear “not yet” is more useful than a misleading “available now.”

When an item becomes ready for sale, its page should show the correct details and purchase options. For now, an enquiry is the right next step.

A note on product information

These journal articles are general information, not medical advice or a substitute for product-specific labeling. For questions about medicines or health conditions, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

One useful thing to take away? Always check the information that matters to you.
